Tihana Koren mag. psych.

A psychologist and psychotherapist with clinical experience, she is daily dedicated to children of all ages and their families within the Polyclinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry of the Clinic for Children's Diseases Zagreb in Klaićeva. She completed her studies in psychology at the University of Zagreb, after which, driven by the desire to help people in different stages of life, she worked in different jobs as a psychologist. In order to gain professional and academic experience with special emphasis on clinical skills, professional competence and personal development, she enrolled in a four-year education in integrative psychotherapy (HUIP) and became a licensed psychotherapist of the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP). During many years of work with children, she realizes the complexity and specificity of their treatment and enrolls and completes training for child and adolescent integrative psychotherapist (HITUDIM) within the European Interdisciplinary Association for Psychotherapy of Children and Adolescents (EIATCYP). She also completed the first year of education in systemic family psychotherapy (HDSP) and a number of other advanced treatment workshops and education related to psychodiagnostics.
