By subscribing to LittleDot, you can consult your chosen doctor in writing concerning your health or the health of your little one for the duration of the subscription. The subscription also includes added benefits.
Can I change my chosen doctor during the subscription period?
You can choose any doctor from the list while your subscription is active. If you need more detailed advice from a doctor or specialist, you can use the Video Consultation of Call a Doctor service. You are eligible for a discount if you already have an annual or monthly subscription.
How can I renew or cancel my subscription?
The subscription will be automatically renewed upon expiration
You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason by going to the main menu in the LittleDot app and:
- Opening the side menu
- Click on ‘Cancel’ on the top of the side menu displaying your subscription type
- Confirm by clicking the "OK" button after which you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
The renewal date becomes the cancellation date and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.
If at a later point you decide to maintain automatic subscription renewal, cancel the cancellation request before the end date.
How long do I have to wait for an answer in case of written consultations?
The doctors try to answer your questions as soon as possible, however it largely depends on their availability and other obligations. Your answer may arrive within minutes, hours, but at times it can also take longer.
How do I send a question to my chosen doctor?
In the LittleDot app
From the list, select the doctor you wish to contact.
Ask your question and add an attachment if necessary.
By sending the message, the app will redirect you to select a subscription model
Select your subscription model and the message will be sent to your requested doctor
What is the Call a Doctor service and how does it work?
The Call a Doctor service includes expert consultation with a doctor – expert remotely, any time, day or night. You select an available pediatrician, ask them anything and get your answers in an instant.
Follow these steps:
Select a doctor available at that moment (green icon – available, grey icon – unavailable)
Confirm payment method
A call will be set up. Ask anything you wish to know and you will get your answers during the conversation.
* The maximum call duration is 20 minutes.
* You will hear a warning sound 15 seconds before the end of the call.
